Processing

Kindly note that processing may take up to 24 hours. In the event that any item in your cart is unavailable, we will promptly notify you. Once the 24-hour processing period is complete, your order will be prepared for shipment.

Lebanon

We offer door-to-door delivery of all orders by our drivers. If you wish to pick-up the order yourself, please contact us to schedule the pickup.

Shipping fees

We charge a shipping fee of $4 ALL OVER LEBANON.

Delivery Time

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, usually within 4-7 days. However, delivery time may vary based on product availability and delivery address. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Thank you for understanding.

 

Returns

No exchange, no refund policy.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on any of our products unless the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong order.

Damaged or wrong order: If the product you received is damaged or if you received the wrong order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

No cancellation: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

 

Payment

Cash on delivery (COD)

We accept cash payments upon delivery of your order.

OMT

If you prefer to make a payment through OMT, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with the necessary payment details.

Western Union

We also accept payments through Western Union. Please contact us to receive the necessary payment details.

Currency

We accept payments in USD. Alternatively, if you prefer to pay in Lebanese Pounds (LBP), we can provide you with the daily exchange rate upon request.
